How much does pest control cost?
The price depends on the type of pest, how big the problem is and the size of the property. Call or text us: we give you an estimate over the phone, and the price is confirmed on site.
Is the quote free?
Yes, the phone quote is free. It's an approximate estimate: the final price is confirmed once we're on site. A travel fee may apply depending on the situation; we always tell you in advance.
Is it safe for my kids and pets?
Yes. We use products registered in Canada, applied according to the manufacturer's directions. Before the treatment, we explain the precautions to take and how long to wait before going back in.
How do I prepare for the treatment?
It depends on the problem (bed bugs, for example, need more preparation than wasps). When you book, we send you clear instructions. Following them to the letter is the key to a good result.
Are your results guaranteed?
Yes. If you followed our instructions and preparation steps to the letter and the problem persists, we come back and treat again for free. The guarantee covers the pests targeted by the treatment. A new infestation coming from outside after the treatment is considered a new problem.
How fast can you come?
We are available 24/7. We are usually on site within 24 hours.
How many visits are needed?
Some problems, like a wasp nest, take a single visit. Large or recurring infestations, like bed bugs or cockroaches, often need several treatments. We explain it all with your quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
